Zara Sohal's room

Located in downtown Victoria, we are listing a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite and two roomy closets. The room itself has a large window letting in plenty of natural light during the day as well as the rest of the apartment. The apartment, including the room, is completely furnished and wifi is included. However, the hydro bill is paid seperately each month. The building itself is very quiet, pet friendly and has lovely views overlooking the parliment and water.

My roommate and I are both heading into out third year at the University of Victoria in September and would love to have someone that is either studying or working as well. We occupy the two other rooms in the apartment and ocassionally have friends over, but are usually pretty quiet and like to keep a clean space. As active, social, and plant loving people we are looking forward to welcoming someone this fall!
