A beautiful heritage house with huge backyard. The room gets the most sunlight in the house but it is the smallest that’s why the rent is the cheapest for that room. Spacious kitchen and living room. We have a back deck and porch, a trampoline, garden and a storage shed in the back. We have 2 cats (chuck and Blair). lots of parking space.

There’s two of us (both female) living in the main part of the house, and one male in the basement suite (totally separate unit). We’re all in our 20s—super chill, respectful, and easy to get along with. The vibe here is cozy and creative—we love crafting, cooking, movie nights/ game nights 🎮♟️🎲 on the couch, and listening to music.

We’re social and like to go out to the bar now and then, and we occasionally have friends over for casual hangs, or a backyard BBQ or party when the weather’s nice. That said, we’re always respectful of the space and each other—we keep things reasonable and make sure to respect quiet hours, work schedules, and everyone’s need for downtime. It’s a great balance of fun and laid-back, and we’re looking for someone like-minded to join the home!
