This is a perfect room/spot for anyone who enjoys spending time at home is a student or works most of their time!. The room is cozy and private, ideal for relaxing or getting focused work done without distractions. Since I work from home full time, the space is already set up to be comfortable and quiet and relaxing throughout the day. The property has a great balance of indoor comfort and outdoor balcony space for anyone who likes to relax outside or go outside for a smoke

The Room is private and right in front of the shared bathroom and right beside the living room and kitchen , the room can include a bed if needed! , Private Closet included > the shower is the main thing shared in the bathroom in the apartment since their isn’t 2 showers > Will be provided lots of storage space to store spare items/groceries , we do have parking here only in visitors since i only get provided 1 owned parking space if you were to own a vehicle it would have to be parked in visitors in this case

I’m a dog owner, so it’s a pet-friendly environment but would much prefer to not add anymore pets to the place, and the area is really convenient for transportation with a bus stop 1 min away from the apartment and Tim Horton’s the same walking distance and amenities nearby like grocery stores, Clifton hill etc. . While I do smoke, I always smoke outside and keep the indoors fresh and clean.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe, with easy access to cafes, grocery stores, and public transport if needed as mentioned but honestly, it’s the kind of place you’re happy to stay in and enjoy your own space. its a place where you wont need to worry about being stressed when you come home

The price for the room is $725 per month , ALL utilities R Included Except that the laundry here is paid machines only and it would be a small cost for each laundry load

I work from home as a bookkeeper and in tech support, so I’m around a lot during the day. When I’m not working, I like to work out when I can, hang out with my dog, and watch movies. I do go out now and then to catch up with friends but not too often, and I do game a bit at night whenever I get the time! . I do smoke, but only outside on the balcony per apartment rules and just preference. I’m all about keeping shared spaces clean and peaceful. Long Version > Hi There! I’m a laid-back respectful person who enjoys a peaceful home environment. I’ve been working as a bookkeeper /technical support agent for a while now, so I spend a lot of time working from home since i do work a remote job. Outside of work, I like to stay active by going to the gym and do whatever workout I can with whatever extra time i have when I can, whenever I’m done with a busy day i unwind at home with my dog, and occasionally head out to be social with friends but pretty rare, as for me I’m not much of a social person if I’m honest. I do game some evenings, but I’m mindful of noise if I’m honest only sometimes just due to it being an apartment. I do smoke, but only outside on the balcony due to rules and also preference.
