Looking to fill one unfurnished room in a 4 bedroom townhouse right on the edge of little Italy! We’re in a really great neighbourhood, and like a ten minute walk to Dow’s Lake. Also 5 minute walk away from the line 2 train, so getting to any of Carleton, uOttawa, or Algonquin is a really short trip, and rent is 865 a month. There’s two full bathrooms, in unit laundry, and free driveway/garage parking all available! The room that’s available is on the main floor, and all the others are upstairs. The three of us that already live don’t really know each other too well, so we’re more than happy to keep to our own, but I’m also a very social person and absolutely love to hang out literally anytime I’m home! The big party days are definitely behind me but I still definitely try to have people over every now and then.
