Are you on the hunt for a cozy living space? I’m on the lookout for a roommate, preferably young professional or mature student. Preferably female roommate.

This home is conveniently located in the east (Ogilvie and Blair/montreal Rd) near La Cite college (7 min drive, 25min bus ride) Gloucester centre, near groceries, the 417, Blair LRT, and more - within 5 minute drive or 20 min walk. Busses that are accessible from the house are : 12 blair/ parliament, 24 st Laurent/ beacon hill

On the main level you will find the shared spaces such as kitchen, dining room, the powder room and the living room. The upper level has 2bedrooms + my office, and a shared full bathroom.

I have a 80lbs fully trained hypoallergenic sheepadoodle that mostly stays with me, but definitely doesn’t say no to cuddling.

Room Setup Options:

Option 1: Rent just one room, space shared between three roommates total.

Option 2: Rent both upstairs rooms and the full bathroom for a bit more per month (to 1 person). In this case, you’d have most of the upstairs to yourself—excluding my office—and the home would just be shared between the two of us.
