Lovely two bedroom apartment in Kerr Village. It’s above a store and a restaurant. Own bedroom, unfurnished. My roommate had to move out , so the rest of the apartment is mostly furnished, but if you have things we can figure it out. You will share common space, including bathroom with myself. Utilities included, except for wifi.

I’m a 4th year film student at Sheridan. I play varsity sports as well, so am pretty busy. Looking for similar student roommate, female only. Friendly, relatively neat, cleans up after self, non smoker, considerate.
