🛏️ The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, drawers, and portable AC, and the building is secured with card access. It has your usual amenities—gym, function room, laundry room, elevators etc.
🍀The building is in a beautiful, scenic spot overlooking the North Saskatchewan River, with great views and easy access to trails and green spaces—perfect whether you’re already active or just getting into it.
🛒 You are also conveniently located near Whyte Ave with quick access to transportation and tons of local amenities e.g. restaurants, cafe, grocery stores, and other essentials.
🏡Unit amenities: Full-size fridge, electric range (stove + oven), microwave, dishwasher, centrifugal juicer, air fryer, rice cooker, bullet blender, TV, calisthenics dip bars, pull up bars,…
💰The rent includes water, heat, and electricity. We also have high-speed PureFibre internet, which is a separate cost—just $28/month each (locked in a great deal).
