We live in a beautiful two unit house just 6 minutes by car to The University of New Brunswick. We are also on a bus route but would prefer if you had your own vehicle. ( not necessary but preferred) We live on the main floor . Lots of light . Two large windows in your room. The basement is unfinished but has our washer and dryer down there . There is a couple that lives above us in the second unit . They are very quiet . We have a small deck and a lovely back yard ! The unit has recently been completely renovated. New floors, new deck, new appliances, freshly painted, and a new bathroom.

There are two of us , a couple . We get along great , we are clean, respectful and very quiet . We would like to have the same in a roommate . Someone who is a mature professional or a mature minded student . No drugs, no alcohol, no overnight guests , no parties. We don’t want someone who is going to come in and try and takeover the place ! Haha Just someone who is mindful and enjoys a quiet relaxed home. We are very chill, super kind and loving people. ❤️🙏🌷
