Welcoming students or young professionals who are responsible, ambitious, decent, and appreciate a peaceful and friendly living environment. The room is on upper floor of a three-bedroom townhouse with backyard, furnished (or unfurnished if needed), minutes away from the bus stop, good connection to the downtown, U of W, WLY, shopping malls.

The room is in my home, so it’d be just two of us. I’m a working professional, mostly working from home, responsible, easygoing, approachable (and good life coach, if needed :-) You will have full privacy in your room, and shared with me bathroom, kitchen, laundry room.
