I’m looking for a responsible and friendly roommate to co-sign a lease and share a spacious three-bedroom house. The house is fully furnished (except for your bedroom), with a cozy atmosphere and a great location—just a short walk to bus stops and Walmart.

I often rent out the third bedroom on a short-term basis, which helps keep the rent more affordable for everyone. You would share a bathroom with the renter of the third room when it’s occupied.

Utilities—including internet, heating, hydro, and water—are split evenly among the housemates. On average, these costs are quite manageable, and we work together to keep the household running smoothly.
