I have a 2-bedroom, 2-storey home, by Lawrence Avenue & Dufferin Street. It’s a small space but furnished to make the most of what’s anvailable and to create a simple but cozy place of retreat - plus, it’ll be your own.

The neighbourhood is great! You will find yourself a 5-min walk away from Lawrence West Subway Station, a 2-min walk away from a mall/plaza that includes both a grocery store and gym, and a 7-min walk away from a 24 hr pharmacy.

Please note, the home is on the main and lower level with the rooms on the lower level. It has a 1.5 bathroom.

All utilities are included. A washer and dryer is available in the unit. One parking spot is available for $100.

A standard Ontario Lease Agreement & Lease Form must be signed to reflect the duration of your stay.
