I have a furnished 2-bedroom, 2-storey home, by Lawrence Avenue & Dufferin Street.

The neighbourhood is great! You will find yourself a 5-min walk away from Lawrence West Subway Station, a 2-min walk away from a mall/plaza that includes both a grocery store and gym, and a 7-min walk away from a 24 hr pharmacy.

Please note, the home is on the main and lower level with the rooms on the lower level. It has a 1.5 bathroom. Both bedrooms are available to rent (and yes, the bunk bed can be made into a single). First come, first serve.

All utilities are included. A washer and dryer is available in the unit. One parking spot is available for $100.

The home will be made vacant as soon as the rooms are rented. Currently, I live here as the owner but am hoping to relocate once I find some great people to move in.
