Furnished single bedroom with private entrance. Has its own partial kitchen - dishwasher, eating area at bar with two stools, new 3.3 cubic foot bar size fridge, sink, microwave, convection/toaster oven, Keurig, electric kettle, all new dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs supplies.
Brand new in-suite washer dryer.
The bedroom and bar/kitchen area is right beside the basement bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a brand new queen bed (includes bedding), night stands, lamps. Spacious double closets.
Price includes all utilities - high speed wifi, Telus cable channels, heat, gas, AC, laundry, electricity etc. Parking is available in the driveway.
Preference is given to a responsible, quiet, and respectful university student or young adult. This is a month-to-month shared accommodation agreement.

We do own a friendly black lab but sorry, no other pets.
