Looking for a roommate to split a unit in a fourplex with. I have been at this spot for a few years at this point old roommate is moving out so seeking to find another roommate to help with rent and all that fun stuff. Has in suit laundry, 1 and a half bathrooms (main bathroom is going to be shared) kitchen also shared. About half and hour away from anything you would really need on the north end and close to shoppers and whole sale club. There are parking spots in back and also on the road ( currently don’t drive so there is a open spot if you do ) Currently have a room and than a shared common room upstairs that are available. Reference potentially needed depends on what landlord asks for. Rent also is not set in stone at $900 as it will vary depending on utilities so highest would be roughly $900 a month lowest probably somewhere in the $830? Or $850? Range ( might be a bit generous with that again it’s very varied so can’t make exact estimates)

I currently have a cat ( looking for some with past experience with living with cats especially cats that can be a bit grumpy when first getting introduced to them, he can be a bit funky with new people which is unfortunately why I’m looking for a new roommate as they and the cat never got along) also have a dog. I usually keep to myself, no parties etc etc Fairly quiet and don’t have many people over only partner.
