My condo is a three story condo, two of the floors, living space and the third top floor a private rooftop patio. The monthly rent includes utilities, high-speed Internet, your own indoor secure, parking spot, and use of the full Condo and rooftop patio (with natural gas barbeque and fire pit).

The condo is an open concept, loft type vibe and 1100 sqft interior space and 400 sqft private outdoor patio/deck and garden space.

I’m a professional gay man living with my five year-old miniature schnauzer Jasper. I own the property and am looking to rent out the second bedroom.
