Ken Davies's room

This is a large full house, plenty of parking, fenced in yard, I have 2 dogs and a cat who are all very sweet. Minutes from Niagara College Welland campus. Walking distance to stores. Room is furnished, and all house amenities are made available. Multiple living rooms, bar, I even have a movie theater room. Great for movies fans and gamers. All inclusive for utilities and internet.

I currently live alone and have for just over two years. Very easy going , clean, friendly, work from home but have a dedicated office work space. Looking to travel more and thought this might be a good way for income. Students are welcome given how close I am to the college. I do have pets, 2 dogs and cat who are super sweet but do shed. If you don’t mind furr or have bad allergies they bring a ton of love and joy to the house.
