About the room
Older house in South Burnaby. Had tenants for a decade and now its time to live in it. Available right away. Looking for people who want to share and like to have active lives. There is a yard and garden to plant things in and room for bikes and kayaks. Must not be the type to hide in your room or not help out as I go out of town for months at a time so everyone has to take part in cleaning and taking care of things.
About the roomies
Just me from here and a carpenter from Chile so far. I am active and live part time up north so gone half the year but when around like to do stuff and have dinners and do not have a quiet family if they visit. Sometimes host work away travellers but theres not much to do in the winter so don’t foresee any company for awhile. We enjoy visits from friends and family.
