Large 3 bedroom, 3 washroom, 2 storey apartment located steps to parks, restaurants, grocery stores and the st Clair subway station. The first floor is shared and has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a washroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and two washrooms. The available bedroom is large, measuring 16’6” by 8’11”, and comes furnished with a queen size bed, tv, dresser, desk and chair. The bedroom shares 2 of the washrooms with the roomies. All utilities are included and parking is available for an additional fee. One thing to note is that I have a dog. She is very friendly and has gotten along great with all of my past roommates.

We are two professional males in our mid 30s. When we aren’t working we like to cook and hang out with friends. We are looking for a roommate who is kind, clean and considerate. We are all living together so let’s treat each other the way that we want to be treated.
