Hi, new Roomie! I am a corner lot home owner that lives in the quiet and quaint Transcona. I am looking for a non partying, communicative, and responsible adult to rent out part of my home. Here is what you would get: a decent size room on the second floor (can use the bed and night stands if needed), your own main bathroom on the second floor, plus a bedroom and living room in the basement. We would share the kitchen and dining room and laundry room. I have a large yard both front and back with a very large deck and gazebo. You would also have access to a shed for storage, a parking space with plug in for winter on the driveway and a fire pit! It’s the luxury of living in a home without the huge responsibly! References are required.

I am a kind, caring and communicative person that is interested in having a fun- loving, respectful and responsible tenant. Clear communication and cleanliness are very important in this type of space. I am a very flexible person and am sociable. I welcome your friends and family over for visits and meals. I love a sense of community. I also am fine with having a new friend or us each doing my own thing. Again, I am open to whatever my roommate prefers. I would prefer someone who plans on staying a year minimum but again, I am flexible and open. This is a queer-friendly, non- racist, non- sexist house hold. Those that do not share these same beliefs need not apply.
