Great area, 8-min walk to the college subway. Even closer to a Loblaws, and a Metro. Near Allan Gardens park, near 506 streetcar stop. Very easy to walk to places from here. Super close to Toronto Metropolitan University campus. The apartment is great, very bright, lots of windows and a cute, well furnished living room and kitchen. Room is cozy, it’s a den adapted into a room. Shelf comes with the room, fits lots of knick·knacks and decor, and the drawers are great for clothing! Other furniture could also be bought if needed. Lots of windows in the room, which makes it bright and nice, though a bit warm in the mornings as the sun hits the room (though closing the blinds can fix this!). It’s a great room, fits nicely a twin bed and a desk + chair. Building with pool and gym, free to use. Apartment with in-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher. Lots of space on kitchen cabinets. ABOUT THE PICTURES: Some pictures are from before we moved in, though you can see the spaces really well, and the bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer. Other pictures are current, from May 2025. Some parts have blocks over it to protect our privacy. Open to questions and more pictures if needed, just reach out! Sublet for JULY and AUGUST. Current tenants leaving by August 31st, there could be a chance to extend the stay by dealing directly with the landlord.

Roommates are great! Clean, polite, organized, good taste. All the furniture in the living room and most of the stuff in the kitchen is theirs though it can be shared. Bathroom is shared with one other person.
