About the room
This 1-bedroom (140sq ft), private bathroom (bathtub and shower) is located in Altadore. We are a 5 minute walk from Marda Loop and 5-minute walk to bus routes downtown and MRU. 1-year term preferred, open to short-term. The room is furnished and has a TV, desk, and fridge for your personal use.
Shared amenities include: kitchen, living room, private patio, workout room, basement theater and street parking.
The ideal roommate is a like minded professional that loves cats, enjoys a drink with us from time to time, is respectful of our space and doesn’t smoke. We are 420 friendly but we like to keep the smoke outside of the home.
