Beautiful Central Location close to MRU, Mission and Downtown. This 1-bedroom (140sq ft), private bathroom (bathtub and shower) is located in Altadore. We are a 5 minute walk from Marda Loop restaurants, cafes, and groceries and a 5-minute walk to bus routes downtown and MRU. 1-year term is preferred, open to short-term.

The room is furnished with one queen sized bed, TV, desk, closet, and fridge for your personal use.

Shared amenities include: kitchen, laundry, living room, private patio, workout room, basement theater, and street parking.

The ideal roommate is a like minded professional that loves cats, enjoys a drink with us from time to time, is respectful of our space and doesn’t smoke inside the home. We are 420 friendly but we ask that you keep the smoke outside of the home.

My partner and I are professionals in our mid-30s with one hypoallergenic cat and a young child. We both live an active lifestyle and are fairly creative with our own hobbies that we like to do in and out of our home.
