About the room
Loads of amenities, close to all highways, walking distance to parks, in a very well-developed, and mature area.
The room is in a fully finished basement, recently renovated 3pc bathroom with shower stall. Laundry facilities with wash tub for miscellaneous uses.
Entrance to house from driveway opens to stairs to living quarters. Room is rather large and can be set up to hold queen sized bed, and couch / TV for in room entertainment.
About the roomies
Just a son and his senior mom - as well as a elder small-medium dog.
We are looking for someone to occupy our basement room. The rest of the house is shared, based on comfort level - kitchen, laundry, living room, larger backyard, newly built deck.
