Heather's room

Private room,private bathroom, with a small coffee bar in a newer home. Older established neighbourhood,a park across the street. Walking distance to VIU,CDH,downtown,groceries etc 5 min drive to the new Hospital site. Parking in front of the room. My best scenario would be someone that works in Duncan through the week and returns home on the weekends.

I am the only other person in the house. The room is set up as a mini suite with a coffee bar,microwave,kettle small fridge and basic kitchen supplies. Not a full kitchen
