I’m looking for a roommate for a beautiful newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the Verve condos in Glenmore for June 1st. You would have a medium-sized private room and your own bathroom. The unit has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher/full kitchen. There is a community pool(usually opens May long), volleyball pit, and BBQ. It is right next to major bus routes, and there is some street parking available. The room is unfurnished.

I am a quiet 36-year-old male professional. Ideally looking for someone for at least six months minimum. I like playing guitar, and watching hockey and football and I’m pretty chill. Hopefully you are the same. The rent is 1250 all in with Telus Fibre Optic internet and utilities included, and a 550 security deposit. Just looking for one tenant please.
