About the room
Hey Pals, we have one unfurnished room coming available in our beautiful, modern and cozy home.
It’s a 2 level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex with a yard, garage and plenty of storage under the house. Lots of natural light. In suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges and an extra freezer. Rent is$975/month with bills split 3 ways.
We are close to Tillicum Mall and the Gorge. Walking distance to grocery stores, gyms, public library and half a block to transit. Driveway and on street parking available.
Our ideal roommate is also outgoing and loves to be social. You have excellent communication skills and are emotionally intelligent. You are clean and tidy (do your dishes right after you cook, sweep when you notice dirt, wipe when there are crumbs…).
You love dogs so so so much! Maybe even so much that when Steph is heading out of town and can’t take Django you are so excited to care for him for the weekend (maybe a big ask, but this would be a dream roommate for Steph 🐶)

Stephanie: RMT, Surfer, Mother of Django. Steph is super outgoing and a busy body. She owns a health clinic in town, works full-time as a massage therapist, and is always working on a million other projects. She spends her time by the ocean, camping, mountain biking… All the adventurous things. She also loves going to festivals and meeting up with friends for barbecues.
Ariane: RMT Student, competitive cyclist, knitter. Loves to laugh and be silly too! (We are a very playful household 😊)
Django: Super friendly 5 year old Lab/Catahoula Cross
