We’re looking for a third roommate to join our cozy, friendly home!

Room for Rent : Queer-friendly home in Leslieville/Beaches

Who we’re looking for: • Woman in her late 20s, in her 30s, working (ideally not 100% from home). • Queer or queer-friendly, this needs to stay a safe space. • Laid-back, friendly, and comfortable with a mix of social time and personal space. • No additional pets — we already have a sweet, friendly cat.

🏡 About the house: • 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house — main floor has a kitchen, living room, workspace, and backyard with a BBQ. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, plus a basement with laundry and storage. • The room is unfurnished

📅 Moving date: Available November 1st (move-in date negotiable).

💵 Rent: • $1375/month, all utilities included: heat, A/C, electricity, high-speed internet, gas — plus a cleaner every two weeks.

📍 Location: Woodward Avenue, right between Leslieville and the Beaches. We’re steps from Queen Street East, with streetcars and buses nearby (Greenwood/Coxwell station), a park across the street, and Woodbine Beach just a 10-minute walk away.

Accessibility notes: • A few steps to get inside, stairs to the bedrooms, and narrow stairs to the basement. • Not scent-free (we use candles and scented products). • 420-friendly (outdoor smoking only) and alcohol-friendly. • Street parking available (permit required).
