Females only! Looking for a roommate to join me in my newly renovated condo just off Brant Street, right near downtown Burlington. It’s an amazing location—only a 15-minute walk to the water, a 6-minute drive to the GO station, and close to grocery stores, gyms, the mall, and more. It’s a safe neighborhood, and everything you need is nearby.

The unit is on the ground floor, which I actually find really nice—but it depends on your preference. The condo is 1,000 square feet with a beautiful, modern kitchen that’s perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and equipped, and the only things you’ll need are a few items to furnish your bedroom.

All utilities—Wi-Fi, hydro, etc.—are included in the rent. Right now, there’s one reserved parking spot, but there’s plenty of extra parking around the building, and I’m currently working on getting a second reserved spot.
