Move in timing is very flexible for the right person. Clean and quiet neighbourhood close to all your shopping needs. Very close to bus stop for those without a car. Parking is in shared driveway no indoor/garage. Beautiful back yard with gardens and shed and well furnished side deck to enjoy the outdoors and barbecue. 1.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. Rent is to share the whole home with one other. Room can be furnished or not depending on your needs. House is furnished but can be discussed. Not looking for turnover in the arrangement so compatibility and length of stay will be important factors in deciding on a person and I would hope would be of the same importance to you.
