This is a 2-bed 2-bath condo (as mentioned by the builder) located on the 39th floor of a newly constructed building. The person will get their own bathroom, although kitchen and living room are shared spaces. The unit is partly furnished by me (kitchen and living room). Laundry is available within the unit. However, prospective roomie will have to go about furnishing their room on their own. The building is 8-10 mins walk away from Square One Shopping Centre and 5-8 mins walk away from Cineplex, Mississauga. A Food basics is located within the Condo Building, so can shop for groceries if needed without leaving the building. Gym also available within the building. Storage locker space can also be shared if required.
