(NOTE: Kitchenette is ideal for breakfast and lunch, the main kitchen is for cooking and baking). Plus, you will share the common areas of the house: the main floor kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and backyard.

Located in the Don Mills/Lawrence East Area with easy access to TTC bus routes, Shops of Don Mills, Fairview Mall, Seneca Newnham and U of T Progress Campus.

$1450 + parking ($50). Rent includes heat, hydro, water, high-speed WIFI and laundry.
