Bi-fold closet, and can store stuff above closet and under bed 9“ clearance under the bed.

You will be sharing the main bathroom with the other roommate, I have my own bathroom in the Master bedroom.

Looking for an open minded clean individual that is respectful and is also social in the common areas.

This rental is not Pet friendly. Love them but not my thing to have them around my space.

About the roomies

Landlord, works for an Airline and travels when I can. I’m either on the couch, traveling or Scootering around Calgary.

Other roommate is from Australia ( 25 years old ) and on 2 year working visa. Works in the mines up north on a 2 week on, 2 week off sked. When he’s not working he plans to travel and make the most of things while living abroad. He leaves July 2027.
