The house is in Westdale and has the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk away from McMaster University. It’s been renovated both inside and out, making it more modern and bright than most student housing. The kitchen and upper bathroom are fully remodeled with modern high-end finishes and appliances. There is also brand new flooring and lighting throughout. The backyard is beautiful and spacious, with a stunning large deck. We’re looking to fill 1 large, private bedroom in the basement (only one on the floor) with a private kitchenette and bathroom shared with one other girl.
