Emmanuelle's room

Furnished Room with shared common space, either a room upstairs (with nice mountain and lake view) or on main level with its own little 1/2 bathroom. There is a basement, a shed, no garage or proper patio, but lots of room to hang out outside. Older home partly renovated, could say cute and comfy;) and finally got a/c installed, nice big yard mostly into gardens. Close to town and right in front of Giant’s head mountain and trails.

I have owned this place for 13 years often sharing with roomates. Currently a friend staying here during her 4 days work shift (3 nights) and returns to her own home for 5 nights. We are 41 (ish) years old, from Quebec (been in BC a long time. Don’t party much but like drinks, music, good food, healthy life style and keeping things neat.
I grow a lot of produce here for me and others. I have a cat (Roomie with a dog could be discussed). I have seasonal jobs, sometimes busy but I’m home often, although I might not be here as much in the months to come. That is why I would consider having another roomate, while I would still take care of the property and yard.
