The room is small but very convenient, it’s all furnished and you will be able to personalize it as much as you’d like, but you just have to bring your suitcases.

It’s located in a very good area, quiet, familial and close to Promenade Masson, good shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Tons of buses and 197 direct to Rosemont metro in less than 15 minutes, then 10 minutes straight to downtown.

I have a balcony that is exposed south, so very sunny during the afternoons.

We’ll have to share hydro and fiber internet and also I have a cat, I think another one will be fine if it’s just for a couple of months.

I’m looking to share for like between three months to six and we can extend if we get along well. Starting June 1st or available now. I’d rather have people my age (28-30s), but I’m open to students because I know how hard it is and I will gladly accommodate you.

I’m in my 30s and work in administration, three days work remotely. I’m a bit of a geek because I’m a Pokemon and Harry Potter fan and I collect all cute things, and I game a bit, on my Switch and my laptop with the Sims and all retro consoles. I love to write, read, and enjoy the outdoors during summer, but I’m also very quiet andwould rather spend an evening at home instead of going out in the crowd, lol. I like to meet new people and bring them to my favorite spots in MTL. Also, if you are someone good with your hands, we could redo some of my furniture together, like painting etc etc because I’m really bad at this.
