This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo unit that you’ll be sharing with two other friendly individuals and one adorable, well-behaved small dog. The utilities are typically split among three people and cost around $90-$100 per month. The unit is walking distance from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) subway station, making commuting super convenient.

We’re looking for a clean and hygienic person who’s respectful of shared spaces.
