Partially furnished room in a 2 bedroom corner condo. No smoking allowed inside or on the decks/property. You’ll have your own 1/2 bath and will share the shower with me. You’ll have access to the rest of the condo and the decks. I have 2 cats so you have to be ok with them. But no other pets are allowed. Parking available on street. Internet, hydro and heat all included.

I’m a 51 single white female that works in the construction industry. I don’t smoke or do drugs and rarely drink. I’m very laid back and I do a lot of gardening on my deck so patio doors are usually open for me and the cats during the day and evening when I’m home. I work 7-4 so I like it to be a bit quiet in the evening weeknights.
