1 bedroom on the top floor of a 5 bedroom 3 floor house. bedroom is medium size and has a closet and is on a floor with 2 other bedrooms. the house is large and will require us to have a cleaning schedule which we would lovvve if you would be willing to follow (obviously with exceptions made through communication) we also love an eclectic house so feel free to bring your furniture and decor and make the house feel like home

we are a group of 6 ranging from 22 years old to 37 years old (2 couples and 2 single people) we are a very close knit group and really value our house feeling like home. we are an lgbtq+ friendly house and really value our safety and respect and would love to welcome someone with the same values. we love to have movie nights and dinners but we also value our alone time and personal social time. send us a text with a little write up about yourself, your work/main source of income and if you have any pets. (pet deposit is half of the whole houses rent so it is around 2450)
