Comes with single bed, desk, closet, shared use of: Large living room (w/fireplace) & dining area, kitchen, balcony, backyard & bathroom; utilities included and with your own WiFi access.

Current male occupant uses downstairs (1200 sq/ft / 111 sq/m) in which shared laundry is located. He rarely comes upstairs as he has his own amenities downstairs.

Parking space available. 5 minute walk to bus route 75, 15 minute walk to bus route 72. 15 minute walk to groceries, beer and wine, Subway, Pizza and other amenities.
