A very well kept bungalow located in a beautiful LaSalle area. Close access to lake and trail. Bus access to downtown and Go Station (Aldershot, Burlington, Appleby). Quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is in the basement with bright window. Both unfurnished and furnished options feasible as per request. Separate entrance. 1 parking slot is provided.

The basement has two rooms but we rent out only one room (for you). We (a couple of 50+) live upstairs. We reserve the second room and living room in the basement for the occasions when our adult son and daughter come to visit us. You will have your space with a bedroom (10*13ft), a private 3pc bathroom and a shared kitchen .Laundry room is shared as well. Looking for someone mature, quiet, clean , respectful, non smoke and non drink to share our home with. Pls message me and introduce.
