I prefer people who do not smoke, honest, and trustworthy. Open to communication. I’m quiet and work the night shift. I sleep during the day. I prefer somebody who is tidy, considerate, respectful of other people’s privacy, cleans up after using the common areas such as the kitchen, dining area, etc. (including their own bathroom and bedroom), does not invade shared spaces and understands it’s not appropriate to use other people’s supplies and personal belongings.
