Hi everyone!

I am looking to transfer my lease for a bedroom + walk-in closet in a 3-bedroom sunny ☀️ apartment from June 1st (move-in is flexible) to August 31st!

A bit about the lease-transfer:

• June 1st to August 31st 2025.
• Possibility of renewal for a year from September 1st.
• Rent is $855/month, including water and heating.
• Wifi is $12/month per person.
• Electricity is approx. $7/month per person.

A bit about the apartment and building:

• You will have both a bedroom AND a walk-in closet included in your rent!
• SUPER sunny and spacious, even on cloudy days. We call it the greenhouse 🏡
• Laundry and trash rooms are in the basement of the building.
• Apartment is semi-furnished.
• Your bedroom + closet room can be unfurnished or furnished. All my furniture is for sale (bed frame, double mattress, box spring, desk and chair, bedside table, drawer, 3-tier shelf, clothing rack, couch).

A bit about the location:

• A block away from Galeries du Parc (Dollarama, Metro, Uniprix, Marche Eden, Cinema du Parc 🎦, SAQ, Tipsy Cow). It’s so close that sometimes I run down to Metro to buy eggs in my pajamas.
• Bus lines: The 80 is a 4-min walk away. The 24 is an 8-min walk away. The 144 is a 2-min walk away.
• McGill campus is less than a 10-minute walk away.
• Place des Arts and McGill Metro stations 🚇 are both a 12-minute walk away.

You will be living with Enzo, Mohammed, and Gabriele, who are working professionals. They are sociable, kind, and GREAT cooks, but respect each others space and alone time. They are very communicative and easy going, so you won’t have to hesitate at open and honest with them.
