Private room in my 3 bedroom condo, many amenities, public transportation, and one bus to squareone mall. the area is suitable for employed individuals. the room comes with a desk,chair, dresser,bed, mini fridge,tv and many room essentials. $950per month, first, last and security deposit is required utilities $100 per month parking available upon request viewing times after 5pm and weekends. short term welcome

It’s currently myself there, I’m usually away overseas or working, when I am home I’m very clean, quiet and pretty relaxed.
