The apartment is on the 14th floor in a high rise building in the middle of the downtown core. 15 minute walk to uOttawa, 10 minute walk to Parliament Station O-Train, 15 minutes to the Rideau Centre and Byward Market. Building has a pool, a lounge, and a rooftop. The apartment is about 700 sqft, has a dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer. Everything in the apartment is furnished. The spare room has a dresser and a queen bed available. Wifi and hydro are not included in the price and will be split evenly. There is underground parking in the building but must be paid for. The bathroom is shared with 2 sinks, a toilet and a shower.

I will be the only other person living in the apartment. I am a uOttawa graduate in my early 20s who has been living in this unit for about 3 years. I have a job at the Rideau Centre. I am interested in sports and will play some games when I can get the chance. All of the furniture/dishwear/tables/beds belong to me but I am happy to offer them as long as another tenant is living here.
