Our home is a five-minute walk to Hastings, which has major bus routes and access to restaurants and shopping. Hastings is the main shopping street in Burnaby, so there are lots of cute shops and cafes. We’re also close to Confederate Park for nature lovers and a community centre. The suite/room includes furniture and appliances, in-suite laundry, free street parking, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. There is a shared kitchen and a shared full bathroom with one other person. Ideal for a clean, quiet, non-smoking student with no pets who plans to stay for six months or more. International students welcome!

The kitchen includes a fridge, cooktop, TV, and microwave. Access to outdoor space and a separate suite entrance. This is a ground-level suite with lots of sunlight in a safe, residential neighbourhood. Separate entrance so you come and go as you please.
