This house is a registered historic home built in 1908! This upper unit has three bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and a balcony. The lease is August 1st 2025 to July 31st 2026. Rent is $867 per month plus internet (about $20/month). There is free laundry in the basement that is shared with the lower unit tenants. There is also a portable window AC unit in the main living area. The shared area is furnished, but the bedrooms are not. I am open to adding any furniture to shared areas if we have space! Parking is free in the large driveway which can fit 2 cars on our side. You can walk to any amenities you may need in five minutes or less!

Hi, I’m Abi and I’m looking for two females to join me and my dog Lily in our house in Uptown Waterloo! I currently have two roommates, one is moving out with her partner and the other is moving to toronto! Lily is a very small well-behaved dog who is friendly and chill with everyone (she also does not shed). I am in my early twenties and work full-time in Uptown.
