It is a very convenient location. Everyday essentials are very close by.There is a community centre right next to the building with gym, pool and other amenities. The apartment has its own washer/dryer. Fully furnished. I do smoke inside though but if that is a problem for anyone i could contain it to my own room. There are 2 rooms in the apartment, one bigger than the other. Parking spots are 80$ a month.

It would just be me by the end of July. I’m a bartender/server. I’m mostly working and i’ve kept the place very clean and minimalistic. Very easy going if anyone wants to add or subtract anything from the common area.
