My roommate Mollie and I are looking for a third woman to join us in our beautiful new 3-bedroom + den apartment in East Van (2221 East 30th Ave). The room is available as early as June 15, with a hard deadline of July 1st.

✨ About the Apartment: Bright corner unit with stunning southwest city & mountain views (and 3 balconies to enjoy them!) 🌇🏔️ 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms - you’ll share one with one person but have your own sink (double vanity!) A/C throughout, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, and premium finishes Blomberg & Miele appliances, Euro cabinets, Corian countertops Shared spaces are fully furnished (bedroom is unfurnished) Bedroom is 8’11“ x 11’4“ (will fit a double bed), and has a good sized closet Resort-style amenities: heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, theatre room, party room, BBQ area, study rooms, and more Steps from T&T, cafes, restaurants, liquor store, and the Nanaimo SkyTrain

💸 Costs: Rent: $1233/month Utilities: Approximately $50–60/month for your 1/3 share of hydro, internet, and tenant insurance (you’ll be added to our existing policy) Other costs: 1/3 of shared household and cleaning supplies as needed (we have lots to start out with!) Option to rent parking from someone in the building if needed Security deposit: $616.50 (half a month’s rent) One-time strata move-in fee: $66.67 (1/3 of $200) No move-out fee, minimum 1-year lease required
