DOG FRIENDLY!! I live in a good sized above ground basement suite in French Creek, BC and am seeking a female roommate. There is off street parking for your vehicle, You walk into a private fenced yard that is divided into a gravel section and a lawn. There is a raised bed garden that runs along the high, very private fence. I have been enhancing the soil for a couple of years now. You are welcome to share the garden. There is a covered patio with patio furniture and even a bbq. I have put curtains around the patio to help keep it shady during the heat of the summer. As you enter the home , there is a great room that is very spacious. The kitchen has ample room for 2 people to cook with adequate kitchen cupboards, there is a microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge and an island. The countertops are butcher block style that I oil regularly. Off the great room is a small laundry with washer and dryer. Your bedroom isn’t huge but it has a good sized closet, a nice sized window and has been freshly painted. It is unfurnished. However I can probably help you track down furniture.. The bathroom is shared. and a deceit I don’t have a lot of furniture so you could probably add a few pieces so you will feel at home.

About me, well, I like to be quiet, enjoy friends coming to visit once in awhile. I cook most of my own meals finding that I like the taste of my cooking. I ask that whomever lives here is quiet and clean, sharing housework without having to be told. There is plenty of space for your dishes etc. I am a digital artist and have my office in my bedroom. There is a bonus!! You can have a dog here. There is a pet deposit as well as your regular damage deposit. The rent is 1100/mo. all inclusive. The space will be available starting May 28.
