Cozy top floor of a house, approx 30 stairs (not accessible). Access to fenced yard with grass and trees and garden, shared with downstairs tenant. Private bedroom with shared living, kitchen, bathroom. Not a ton of storage. No room for shared area furniture unfortunately. Bedroom is unfurnished. Lots of windows, light, skylight in the apartment.

There is a sunroom adjacent to the kitchen with space for a desk and some shared shelving. I use it as an office/work space/practice space for music on my days off, which are sporadic, but we could work out a shared schedule if you sometimes work from home or have a hobby desk. Laundry in apartment. 2 minute walk to Donlands subway station (Bloor/Danforth line). No vaping. Smoking outside ok. $ Utilities, hydro, internet extra. If you have cat allergies unfortunately it will not be a good fit.

Looking for a roommate who pays attention to detail, is hardworking and responsible, understands and respects boundaries, comfortable communicating small details ie; if you haven’t been able to do dishes or a chore due to being late for work for example: sending a considerate text is how i prefer to operate! I do like to keep common areas looking tidy and made up after using them so that no one has to reset an area before being able to use it. Ideally looking for someone who works daytime hours in conjunction with my night hours (430pm-330am) so that we each get private time at home. Unfortunately it is a smaller space without much storage so having less stuff/furniture is ideal. This is a clean and furnished space. Must be someone who cleans and maintains the apartment without needing to be asked. Not looking to be someone’s parent in that regard. Chores are shared.
