Looking to lease transfer (month-to-month) a room in a 2 bedroom + den in Yaletown downtown, Vancouver starting June 1. (Please read the full post before messaging. If the post is still up, it is available). Posting on behalf of our third roommate (den) that is moving out.

The unit is a 3min walk to Yaletown-Roundhouse station and has a beautiful view of David Lam Park.

Den: Rent is $1250 per month, with utilities and wifi costing around $40 per month.

Riya (22) She/her: I’m working in healthcare research and graduated from ubc last year! I studied psychology and I spend my free time reading, going for workout classes and watching movies. I’m vegetarian and love trying new recepies.

Sneha (myself) (24) She/her: I work in lifecycle marketing and graduated from ubc sauder in 22’. I spend my free time going to the gym, watching true crime documentaries or exploring new spots around the city with my friends.
